In Summary The By Laws of The Association set out The rules by which The Non-profit Association Is governed. These Bylaws have been logged with and stamped by the appropriate Cayman Islands Government Office.

The By Laws determine the officers to be elected at an Annual General Meeting, the tenure of the officers and various other governance matter.
