Originally from Aurora, Illinois, Cathy first came to the Cayman Islands in 1969 where her father Cecil was in partnership with his sister Margaret and her husband, Don Dise in the company developing Cayman Kai. Cathy is the owner of the local printing firm, QuickImages, operating it for nearly 40 years. She divides her time between Spotts and Cayman Kai, with her 15-year-old daughter Flinn and her husband, Stephen.
