Cayman Kai Property Owners Association Membership
Membership to CKPOA is restricted to property owners within the Cayman Kai boundary.
The property could be a vacant lot, a private home or a condominium. Although members of each Strata are welcome to join, all Strata are permitted one vote each.
The annual dues are CI$100 per annum.
